These terms govern your use of fidget-toy.shop and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Hong Kong Jiu Mu International Trading Limited. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate name, address, email and phone details. Orders with false or incomplete delivery details may be cancelled.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including material, size and weight. Because our squishies are finished by hand, slight variation in colour, shape and texture between units is normal and is not a defect. Product photographs are representative, not a guarantee of an identical unit.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty, VAT or handling fee charged by your country. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order. If a price is listed in error and is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation, not when you pay. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, if fraud is suspected, or if a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
5. Shipping and risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund you once the carrier’s investigation confirms the loss.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: 14 days, unopened, for hygiene reasons; faulty items replaced or refunded with photo evidence.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell our products as your own branded goods without written permission, not to scrape or copy our site content, and not to use the store for anything unlawful. Wholesale and reseller permission is available on request.
8. Safety and intended use
Our products are stress-relief toys for ages 14 and over. They are not teethers, not infant toys and not life-saving devices. Do not put them in the mouth, do not heat them, and keep them away from children under three. You are responsible for using the product as intended.
9. Intellectual property
The FIDGET-TOY name, logo, product photography, copy and site design are our property or used under licence. You may share links and images for the purpose of reviewing or recommending our products. You may not use them for commercial resale without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
