What are these toys made of?
Food-grade silicone or premium TPR, depending on the design. Both are soft, non-toxic and free of phthalate softeners. The exact material is listed in the product description of every item.
Are they safe for children?
Our squishies are stress-relief toys recommended for ages 14 and over. They are not teethers, not bath toys and not infant toys. Small parts can be a choking hazard for children under three.
Why does my squishy look slightly different from the photo?
Because faces, toppings and colour blends are finished by hand, small variations in shading and shape are normal. That is a feature of hand-made silicone, not a defect.
How long does the slow rise last?
A new squishy returns to shape in three to five seconds. Over months of heavy use the silicone softens and the rise slows slightly. Store it away from direct sunlight and sharp objects and it will last a long time.
My squishy tore. What now?
Silicone can tear if it is stretched hard or punctured. Send a photo to support@fidget-toy.shop within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. After that window we will still help if the fault is clearly a manufacturing defect.
Order and shipping questions
Where do you ship from?
From Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. All orders are packed and dispatched from our consolidation warehouse there.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 7 to 15 business days for tracked standard shipping and 4 to 8 business days for express. Remote destinations and customs inspections can add a few days. Full detail is on our Shipping page.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, on every order. Tracking usually shows its first scan 3 to 5 days after dispatch, once the parcel reaches the international hub.
Do I pay customs duties?
Any import duty or VAT charged by your country is the buyer’s responsibility. We declare parcels accurately at the price you paid; we do not under-declare to dodge taxes.
Returns and wholesale
Can I return a squishy?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened squishies unless they are faulty. See our Returns page for the full process.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale pricing starts at 100 pieces per design and custom colours at 500 pieces. Email support@fidget-toy.shop with designs, quantities and destination.
